Message: Cartridge Cannot Be Found/Damaged/Failed
Solution
Reinstall the cartridge to check if it is installed right before. If there is still such a problem, you can replace it with a new cartridge.
Message: Cartridge Run Out
Solution
Replace with a new cartridge.
02 For Laser Printers

Message: Cartridge Cannot Be Detected
Solution
Reinstall the cartridge. If there is still such a problem, you can replace it with a new cartridge.
Message: Change Imaging Unit
Solution
If you receive this message on your computer, you can choose “Stop” or “Continue”;
If you choose “Stop”, your printer will not work until you use a new imaging unit;
If you choose “Continue”, your printer will keep working, but the printing quality will not be assured;
We suggest you replace the old imaging unit as soon as possible in order to guarantee printing quality.
Message: Prepare New Cartridge
Solution
This message indicates that only little toner is left in the cartridge. You should prepare a new cartridge and install it in your printer when the documents are not printed in good quality.
Message: Replace Cartridge
Solution
If you receive this message on your computer, you can choose “Stop” or “Continue”;
If you choose “Stop”, your printer will not work;
If you choose “Continue”, your printer will keep working, but the printing quality will not be assured;
