Has your printer stopped printing due to the ink waste pad being full? Each printer has a preset limit or trigger value that will generate a safe amount of waste ink that the waste ink pads can successfully absorb. Waste ink will overflow if the waste ink mistake is ignored, further harming printer components. The solution is to reset the waste ink counter. The video below shows you how to reset the counter on an HP printer:
Press the “Return” button four times to find “Support Menu”.
Find “System Configuration Menu”- “Service ink container or Duplex module”-”Replace duplex module”.
Touch “OK” to install new Duplex Module.
Then the counter is successfully reset.
