How to Reset Printer’s WiFi

You may need to reset your printer’s WiFi if your router malfunctions or when you need to connect the printer to a new network. Not sure how? Follow us to learn. (We use an HP printer to illustrate the method)

Chipjet Tip

• Long press the Information button until the buttons are lit up.

• Press the WiFi button and the Cancel button at the same time for about 60 seconds.

• Open HP Printer Assistant program. Click “Device Setup & Software” - “Connect a new device” - “Manual Setup”.

• Choose “Wireless-Make a wireless connection to the device” and select the printer model in the Network Check page.

• Follow the program’s instruction to install network device.

• Press the Information button to see if the printer can work normally.

• The printed page means WiFi is reset successfully.
