When printer automatic update function is turned on, the latest firmware will be installed automatically, which might have an impact on the use of compatible cartridge. We advise you to turn off the automatic update feature in this situation so as not to affect your printing. Let’s see how to operate:
Open “HP Printer Assistant” and choose “HP Device Toolbox”.
Choose “System” and enter the PIN.
Choose “Administration”.
Untick “Install updates automatically” and apply.
