How to Check Supply Status

Supply status report is the best way to check the information of your printer. However, the operation methods vary among printers of different brands. If you are not familiar with them, it may take you some time to get the report. Today, Chipjet takes commonly used printers as examples to show you how to operate.

Note: all demonstration printers are inkjet printers

Generally, you can print supply status report under the “Settings”/“Menu” page. Specific steps are as follows:

For Epson Printer

*Find “Settings” in the printer menu and enter

*Choose “Supply Status” - “Print Supply Status Sheet”

*You can check the cartridge information on the sheet

For HP Printer with a Screen

*Find “Setup” in the printer menu and enter

*Choose “Reports” - “Configuration Report”

*Wait for the report to be printed out and you can check the information on the report

For HP Printer without a Screen

*Press the “↓” button for 5 seconds

*The Configuration Report will be printed out and you can check the information on the report
