Recently, Chipjet has received feedback from customers that the alert "Print Color Mismatch" appears when using Canon 069 series cartridges. Print color mismatch refers to a shift in the positions of colors that may occur when printing one image with multiple toner cartridges, which can cause printouts to appear blurry. So, what is the best way to tackle this issue?

Your printer's service life can be extended with proper maintenance. Here are some tips:

1. Regular Cleaning

Regular cleaning will keep the printhead in good condition and stop dust and debris from building up in your printer. It is recommended to clean the printer at least once a week.

2. Checking Cartridges

To prevent a decline in print quality, regularly inspect the condition of the cartridges and replace them with new ones when the ink or toner runs out.

3. Paper Storage

Paper should be kept clean and dry; prolonged exposure to moisture or sunshine should be avoided.
