01 How to Check Cartridge Model


Confirm Printer Model


Typically, a printer model is made up of letters and numbers. You can easily find it on the printer’s body.

Check Cartridge Model


The simplest way is to check the cartridge's label. For example, the cartridge model in the picture below is 131A.

02 How to Install Cartridge

1. Prepare the replacement cartridge.

2. Open the cartridge door. Hold the middle handle of the toner cartridge and pull it along the tracks to remove it.

3. Remove the new toner cartridge from the bag. Remove the orange cover from the cartridge and then pull the tab straight out to remove the sealing tape.

4. Hold the middle handle of the new cartridge, align it with the tracks inside the printer, and slide it into the bottom until it clicks into place.

5. Close the front door.


Note:

Remember not to touch the imaging drum. Print quality issues could be caused by fingerprints.
