How to Resolve Error after Replacing Toner Cartridges

According to customer feedback, F0.01.09.01 error will appear after replacing toner cartridges on HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201/4202/4203/MFP 4301/4302/4303 printers with firmware 6.17.0.1700. The printer hangs and the error cannot be hidden or removed. Here is the method to solve this problem.

 


1. Access the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS) printer settings

2. Click on GeneralRestore Default Settings

3. Enter the PIN number to log in (you can find the PIN number on the printer)

4. Click on Restore All Factory Defaults Restore

5. Restart the printer after finishing the above steps
